Haley had been wandering for quite some time before coming across some actual civilization. The she-cat was bored, and obviously tired from her journey, but with Manny it didn't seem so lonely. Yeah, she didn't exactly like the boy -ew, gross, they were like, related, right? However he was nice, and did manage to divert her attention from time to time. He was pretty emotional, dramatic, but in general, not her guy. The thing was, Haley just couldn't help but roll her eyes and listen when he recited a poem, because it was comforting to hear. The chocolate lynx point finally stretched her willowy frame, coming to view with the border of some different clan. It was by the sea, which was weird because she was expecting a forest or something, but she did like the change. Haley Brown trotted over to where she was in view to any passing cats. Hopefully they'd accept her into their clan, Manny would easily serenade his way in, but she wasn't that smart to get in on wits... Oh well.

Haley rolled her eyes at Manny, the she-cat's tail bobbing in the air as she glanced around, waiting for someone to come. He was also super picky, and a bit too pompous and she couldn't understand his antics. I mean, Gloria was really tough, like, break a bone and heal it herself tough, how could he be related to her? "Oh my god just stop. It's not bad." the she-cat frowned, turning her blue doe eyes toward the scarfed tom. The plump tom-cat was super annoying, she couldn't help but snap. "It's better then no where."

Before Haley could answer Manny, the form of Copperwires came into view. "Um, can we like join?" the she-cat asked, taking a seat and wrapping her tail around her nimble frame. Hopefully the she-cat would say yes, but if not, great, another year of searching for them.

    [fancypost borderwidth=0pt; font-size: 10px; font-family: arial; text-align: justify; width: 400px;]
Haley shook her head, glancing at Manny with a little look of disgust. Ew, that would be like incest if they were and he liked her. "Well like, not by blood. But we are related. Right?" the she-cat asked the smaller tom, adorned with the thick tan scarf. "Haley, this is Manny."

What was she good at? She wasn't exactly that smart, but she was pretty! Okay Haley, cut the crap, what did you do that was useful? The she-cat bit her rosy-pink lip, tilting her head to the side with a little shrug. "I'm good at hunting?" Haley chirped, "I'm really charismatic too, right Manny?"

    [fancypost borderwidth=0pt; font-size: 10px; font-family: arial; text-align: justify; width: 400px;]
Though Haley was stupid, she could note that when the deputy did respond, it was not a roll of the eyes to her question, but instead to Manny's. Huh, that was new. Usually they would mark Manny off for being the intelligent, hopeless romantic with a trouble of finding his inamorata. Unfortunately though, Copperwires wasn't buying it. "Well, Manny lived in a clan before Columbia, and I have visited clan's before?"

    [fancypost borderwidth=0pt; font-size: 10px; font-family: arial; text-align: justify; width: 400px;]
Haley giggled, tilting her head to the side with a smile. She'd get used to it soon enough, and so far it was pretty nice. "Like, thank you guys!"

The apprentice padded to the herb training. The she-cat had seen herbs around before, but she had never really got into it. Maybe it'd just be fun to learn, see if the path of a medicine cat was something for her. Haley glanced around, before taking a seat. This would be fun! Well... She hoped at least, it could be really boring for all she knows, but then she could leave.

Haley Dunphy knew she wasn't exactly the sharpest knife in the drawer, and she was pleased to admit it. Learning just wasn't something that came easy to the femme, no matter how hard she tried. All the perseverance she aimed to push onto it could disappear in a flick, and no one would even know. And even if she did have a pretty good life, it was pretty depressing to see everyone just think of her less just because she wasn't smart. I mean, there were plenty of things Haley was good at! She was a hunter, she was charismatic, and she had amazing people skills. But was that, and her good looks simply all? Damn, she really was a ditz.

The coffee-cup fur of Haley sauntered into the camp clearing, taking a seat by the fresh kill pile. Wrinkling her nose, the slender she-cat brought her gaze downwards to become crossed with a plump mouse. Honestly, with all this negativity seeping in her mind, she wasn't quite sure she had the appetite. "Humf." the apprentice sighed, bringing her head to rest on her two crossed paws, crystalline vision watching the bodies of others morph in an out of their dens.

Haley trotted up to the two animals that caught her attention. One was a large crocodile, and she was darn scared he might just kill her, while the other was a long-furred tabby cat. The she-cat flicked her pretty kitty tail, eyes glinting in curiosity as she made her way around. "Hey!" the female chirped, taking a seat next to the scaly reptile.

    > going to school so rushed

"Oh, Hi Copperwires!" the perky she-cat mewed, blinking her light blue doe eyes as she was caught the attention of the deputy.

    [fancypost borderwidth=0pt; font-size: 10px; font-family: arial; text-align: justify; width: 400px;]
Haley arrived at the ceremonies, for no real reason. She was already past her apprentice ceremony, but she would love to watch the others. Though she didn't really want to spend most of her time here, it was nice to see the young faces earn their name, or even their new title of warrior.

    [fancypost borderwidth=0pt; font-size: 10px; font-family: arial; text-align: justify; width: 400px;]
The pretty furred she-cat trotted up where the dark furred serval and the others were meeting. So this is what she had been like when she joined! "Hi there." Haley mewed calmly, taking a seat with no particular interest.

    [fancypost borderwidth=0pt; font-size: 10px; font-family: arial; text-align: justify; width: 400px;]
Haley rolled her eyes, giving the suddenly awakened cat a smile. "I don't know, I'm bored, I just wanna say hey." the apprentice shrugged, not really minding if she was making the least bit of sense.

    [fancypost borderwidth=0pt; font-size: 10px; font-family: arial; text-align: justify; width: 400px;]
Oh-em-gee, Haley couldn't wait. Party was her middle name, and it was the one time she could get out and be free and wild. Yeah, she wasn't gonna let Copperwire's see her go crazy at this, but she couldn't wait to go and let her hair loose. "This is gonna be awesome!" the perky, and quite ditzy she-cat giggled.

    [fancypost borderwidth=0pt; font-size: 10px; font-family: arial; text-align: justify; width: 400px;]
Haley could note the apathy that had been wrinkled in Copperwire's voice. Wrapped and tied and blended all in one cool monotone package, no hint of much emotion. Haley already had respect for the deputy, not simply because she was part of the high positions, but because she was simply so regal and of her own mind, that in which Haley could never be. Copperwires was polite, and overall the perfect material for the deputy position, but damn the she-cat had so much more beneath her terra-cotta red fur, that the apprentice couldn't help but wonder. Apparently she was mates to the leader, and apparently she was wicked cool, but hey, she didn't need to see that to be interested. Just because they were polar opposites didn't mean Haley couldn't admire her. "How are you doing?" the femme mewed kindly, dipping her head genteelly to the older femme. It'd be awesome if she could mentor her, but then again, what did Haley have to offer? She was just a ditzy idiot, a sex symbol that would be fawned over to toms, and Copperwires was much too refined for that.

Haley trotted over to the strange new creature, a tabby cat with fluffy grey fur and gentle eyes. He was nervous, and also revealing the traits of someone in fear. Haley did not know why, but she did want to make a good impression, a smile, a little flick of her tail, make the newcomer happy. "Hiya!" the ditz mewed with a smile curling at her lips, "What's your name?"
